SHALOM Ministries is an outreach ministry that was brought forth by God in 1995 to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ while meeting the overwhelming needs of the people in the inner city through various forms of ministry. Our team is made up of strong servants of Christ, who serve as missionaries within SHALOM, to work along side with many different bible believing churches, to reach as many people as possible with the truth and love of Jesus Christ.
Mission: To raise up and train those who are like minded, in heart and spirit, using their gifts and talents to conduct outreach ministry, so the gospel and the love of Jesus Christ may be herald and demonstrated to those we encounter.
Vision: Reaching people while developing multiple outreach, discipleship and resource centers first in Milwaukee, domestic and foreign, partnering with churches, ministry and social welfare groups to help people physically and spiritually so that they may be empowered and inspired to help others as well.
What God is calling us to do?
- Help the poor and needy. James 2:14-17, 1 John 3:16-18
- Go out and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Romans 10:14-15 Mark 16:15
- Baptize and make disciples. Matt 28:18-20
- Teach and train others for service unto the Lord. Titus 2:1-15 1 Peter 5:24
- Unite the body, using God's gift to heal and rescue others. 1 Corinthians 12:1-31
